       It's our aim to be the best company in self storage when it comes to customer service, price, simplicity and transparency. Whatever the reason, we're here to help so we've created this page to answer the kind of questions many of our customers have.

How does it work

We offers modern self storage, we have a wide range of storage units from Lockers (3ftx3ftx3ft) with 24 hour manned CCTV in store. Only you have access to your unit as it is locked with your own padlock and no keys are kept by L&L

What is included in the price 

The price you are quoted is the cost of your storage unit per month including VAT. This price will be held if you reserve the unit. You will need a padlock to secure your room (you can bring your own or buy one from our store) and your goods must be insured whilst in storage. We require proof of insurance or alternately you can purchase insurance in store to cover your goods whilst in storage.

Do we pay weekly or monthly

We invoice customers for a full calendar month in advance for their unit, and refund on a daily basis.

What is the minimum time

Our minimum storage period is 14 days.

Notice to Leave

We ask for fourteen days notice when you vacate your space, and we refund any unused storage and insurance charges. 

How do I access my space

You can come and go as often as you like withing the set hours. As these have been set by the local planning authority have given us permission to be open these times.
